Within the Trust we use photographs and digital film for a number of reasons. The main purpose is to celebrate the success of the students, the school and the Trust as a whole. Photographs are used on display boards, screens and on the newly-designed websites as well as in the newsletter and annual school prospectus.
We recognise the need to ensure the welfare and safety of all of our students and appreciate that there are cases where students should not be identifiable in a public domain, therefore we do not use any media without prior consent from parents/carers.
Consent forms are sent out to all Y7 students; however, we plan to send them out at the beginning of every academic year to ensure that student records are up to date and one will be sent home with your child today.
Please complete and return to your child’s tutor, considering your response, particularly if your child is a Prefect or Cadet, as they often feature in Invictus literature.
Wednesday 13th November saw Invictus Sixth host our annual Open Evening event. This year the evening was held at the prestigious Copthorne Hotel. The evening was a wonderful success, a record number of students attended with an fairly split across our 6 campuses. Our Director of Sixth, Jane Kendrick, welcomed our guests for the evening at each of the packed addresses, before handing over to the real superstars, our students, to speak to the audience about their experiences at Invictus Sixth.
