Every year in September we hold our annual Student Leadership Fayre where all the leadership groups that any student can join are all set out with stalls so the students can advertise and market their particular group providing everyone with the opportunity to become a student leader in something they are interested in. Every position of student leadership has a job description with a contract that the student signs. By signing this they also agree to our Student Leadership Pledge.

The Student Leadership Pledge was designed and voted on by over 170 students currently in a leadership position at the first two Student Leadership Conferences which take place every half-term providing a platform for all leaders to share good practice and deliver presentations on what they have been working on to improve the academic and pastoral lives of all students at Ellowes Hall Sports College.
